1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the BALLAB online store and the placing of orders through the website.
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products
All BALLAB products are made by hand. Due to the natural characteristics of materials such as concrete, metal, wax and pigments, slight variations in colour, texture, finish or dimensions may occur.
Products may be available in concrete or metal vessel versions while maintaining the same fragrance composition.
Such variations are natural and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices & VAT
All prices displayed on the website are stated in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include applicable VAT.
BALLAB is a VAT-registered business based in Poland and registered for EU VAT transactions.
VAT invoices are available upon request. Please contact us after placing the order if you require a VAT invoice.

4. Payments
Payments are securely processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
Available payment methods may include:
– Visa
– Mastercard
– BLIK
– Apple Pay
– Google Pay (where supported)
Payment is considered completed once confirmed by the payment provider.

5. Orders & Contract Formation
Orders may be placed through the website.
The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation email.
BALLAB reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure, technical error or product unavailability.

6. Processing & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Available shipping methods, costs and delivery options are displayed during checkout.
For parcel locker or collection-point delivery, the customer must provide the selected location where required.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from the date they receive the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us at kontakt@ballab.pl and provide a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. A standard withdrawal form may also be used.
The returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer informed BALLAB of the withdrawal.
The consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
In the event of withdrawal, BALLAB will refund all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available at the time of purchase. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which BALLAB receives the withdrawal statement. BALLAB may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the consumer has provided proof of sending them back, whichever occurs first.
The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are non-prefabricated and manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised to the consumer, where this statutory exclusion applies.

8. Complaints & Defective Goods
If a product is not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may submit a complaint to BALLAB in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
The complaint may be submitted by contacting kontakt@ballab.pl. Please provide a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs or other information that may help us assess the complaint.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the consumer may request that the product be repaired or replaced, or may be entitled to a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
BALLAB will respond to a consumer complaint within 14 days of receiving it, where the applicable law provides for such a deadline.
The costs of repair, replacement and other costs associated with handling a valid complaint are borne by BALLAB in accordance with applicable law.
Photographs may be requested to help assess damage or non-conformity, but the submission of photographs is not a condition for exercising statutory consumer rights.

9. Product Use & Safety
Customers must use BALLAB products in accordance with the provided Candle Care instructions.
BALLAB is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, negligence, or use contrary to instructions.

10. Intellectual Property
All texts, photographs, designs, branding, graphics and content on this website remain the intellectual property of BALLAB Sp. z o.o.
Unauthorised copying, use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Privacy Policy
BALLAB processes personal data solely for the purposes of:
– order fulfilment
– customer communication
– accounting and legal obligations
– website functionality and analytics
Processed data may include:
– name
– delivery address
– email address
– telephone number
– order details
Data may be shared only where necessary with:
– payment providers
– shipping carriers
– accounting providers
– IT service providers
BALLAB does not store customers’ payment card details.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil legal, accounting or operational obligations.
