1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the BALLAB online store and the placing of orders through the website.
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products
All BALLAB products are made by hand. Due to the natural characteristics of materials such as concrete, metal, wax and pigments, slight variations in colour, texture, finish or dimensions may occur.
Products may be available in concrete or metal vessel versions while maintaining the same fragrance composition.
Such variations are natural and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices & VAT
All prices displayed on the website are stated in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include applicable VAT.
BALLAB is a VAT-registered business based in Poland and registered for EU VAT transactions.
VAT invoices are available upon request. Please contact us after placing the order if you require a VAT invoice.

4. Payments
Payments are securely processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
Available payment methods may include:
– Visa
– Mastercard
– BLIK
– Apple Pay
– Google Pay (where supported)
Payment is considered completed once confirmed by the payment provider.

5. Orders & Contract Formation
Orders may be placed through the website.
The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation email.
BALLAB reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure, technical error or product unavailability.

6. Processing & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Available shipping methods, costs and delivery options are displayed during checkout.
For parcel locker or collection-point delivery, the customer must provide the selected location where required.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Returned goods must be returned in appropriate condition and adequately protected for transport.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to personalised or custom-made products where legally excluded.

8. Complaints & Defective Goods
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us without undue delay and include photographs where possible.
BALLAB will assess each complaint in accordance with applicable law.

9. Product Use & Safety
Customers must use BALLAB products in accordance with the provided Candle Care instructions.
BALLAB is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, negligence, or use contrary to instructions.

10. Intellectual Property
All texts, photographs, designs, branding, graphics and content on this website remain the intellectual property of BALLAB Sp. z o.o.
Unauthorised copying, use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Privacy Policy
BALLAB processes personal data solely for the purposes of:
– order fulfilment
– customer communication
– accounting and legal obligations
– website functionality and analytics
Processed data may include:
