Shipping & Delivery
Each BALLAB order is carefully prepared by hand and dispatched with care.

1.Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
During high demand periods or for bespoke orders, processing times may be extended.

2.Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Poland and selected European countries.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us directly.

3.Estimated Delivery
TimesPoland: 1–5 business days
Selected European countries: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions or public holidays.

4.Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and selected delivery method.

5.Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

6.Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product.
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you.

7.Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.
BALLAB is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information.

8.Customs & Duties
For deliveries outside Poland, local taxes, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on destination country regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
